Apple almond pudding

Ingredients

Apple layer:
green apples 3-4 pcs
brown sugar 50 g
water 2 tbsp. l
Almond layer:
almond 100 g
butter 100 g
granulated sugar 80 g
eggs 2 pcs
+ mold oil

Cooking method

  • Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.
  • Peel the apples, core them and cut into small pieces.
  • Transfer to a frying pan, add brown sugar and water. Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, until excess moisture evaporates and sugar begins to caramelize.
  • In the meantime, let's take care of the almond layer: grind the nuts (you do not need to peel them) with a blender into small crumbs.
  • Beat the softened butter with sugar into a white airy mass.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each for about a minute.
  • Add chopped nuts, mix.
  • Grease a baking dish or portioned tins with butter.
  • Put the apple layer in the mold. Put the almond mass on top and smooth.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Bon Appetit!

Girls, this is more your merit, not mine.

Today, when I was preparing the pudding, I miscalculated the number of apples. The apple layer was enough for only three molds, but the almond mass remained. In the end, I cooked one serving with a peach. She didn't caramelize it, just put a tiny piece of butter and a teaspoon of sugar on the bottom of the mold, and then on the list. It turned out quite well, but tastier with an apple.
