Beef stroganoff with champignons (multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD)

Ingredients

Beef 600 g
Bulb 2 pcs
Cream 10% 200 ml
Olive oil 50 ml
Wheat flour 20 g
Salt and spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the meat into pieces, beat off, roll in flour.
  • 2. Pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Fry" mode for 30 minutes. Over this time
  • - fry the onions (5 minutes)
  • - add mushrooms, chopped into small pieces and fry with onions (10 minutes)
  • - put the prepared meat into the bowl, stir and fry for another 15 minutes.
  • 3. After the "Frying" mode is over, pour the cream into the multicooker, close the lid and cook the beef stroganoff on the "Multicook" mode for 70 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees.
