Pear pie from Alexander Seleznev

Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs (1 pcs)
sugar 140g (90 gr)
hazelnut 100 gr (70 gr)
chocolate 50 gr (35 gr)
pancake flour 140 g
(regular flour (100 gr)
baking powder) (0.75 tsp)
butter 175 gr (90 gr)
pears 4 pieces (1 piece large)

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar until white and until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • 2. Sift flour (add baking powder, if flour is not pancake flour) and add to egg-sugar mixture.
  • 3. Grind the hazelnuts with chocolate in a blender. Add butter to chopped nuts and chocolate and beat again with a blender. Add everything to the egg-sugar-flour mixture.
  • 5. Peel the pear. Cut half of the pear into cubes, add to the mass and mix.
  • 6. Put the dough in the MV (or in a mold if baking in the oven), cut the other half of the pear into slices and spread on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 C for 40 minutes. In MV 1 hour 50 minutes on baking mode.
  • Spread over the finished pie with warmed apricot jam and garnish with nuts.

Note

The author, Alexander Seleznev, baked the pie in the oven in a form with a diameter of 20 cm. He took the pancake flour. If you take the usual one, you need to add baking powder.
In parentheses, I gave the proportions for baking in MV Redmond 01.
Pears should be taken of medium hardness.
