I am in a hurry with the report! True, there were no carrots in the house at the moment ... I added sunflower seeds, pumpkin and some wheat bran. I was afraid that the dough would not work well because of the bran, they went into the oven not very high ...

Iskra, and what was the size M or L? And the crust is better dark or medium? And another question: 10 grams of sesame and 20 grams of flax seeds - how much will there be in tablespoons for the bread maker?

Iskra. tell me (i'm new to the forum) how did you add flaxseed to the pot, so to speak, or to the dispenser? And did you wash it or lay it dry? : girl_red: The fact is that I've been looking for such a recipe for a long time (I really love fitness bread), so every little thing is important! Oatmeal, sesame also in shape? Or a dispenser? And lastly, what kind of scapula was put - ordinary or for rye?

I put sesame and flax seeds in the dough without pretreatment, as is.
If the seeds and grains are put into the dough right away, then they can be broken into crumbs when kneading. Therefore, it is better to add them before the end of the kneading, five minutes in advance, so that they have time to mix with the dough and remain intact. How to add, to the dispenser or manually - a matter of taste
Changing the blade does not matter, put any

And do not be afraid to experiment with the dough and any ingredients, this is how delicious and favorite breads are born, we all bake, inventing recipes on the go
