Potato soup with meatballs in 0508D floris

Ingredients

potatoes 3-4 pcs
onion 0.5 pcs
carrot 0.5 pcs
bell pepper 0.5 pcs
minced chicken 300 g
tomato paste 1 tsp
salt-pepper-spices taste

Cooking method

  • Turn on the "frying" mode, pour some vegetable oil into the pan and wait for the countdown. Fry finely chopped onions and peppers, grated carrots for about 10 minutes. Add tomato paste diluted with boiling water, let it gurgle for about 5 minutes. Put the chopped potatoes, add 1.5 liters of hot water, salt and turn on the "soup" mode.
  • Salt and pepper the minced chicken, add onions and your favorite herbs, seasonings if desired, cut into meatballs. Put them in a steaming dish, open a slow cooker (the soup has been boiling for 15 minutes) and place the meatballs there. 10 minutes before cooking, I put the prepared meatballs in the soup, but you can leave them in the form.

The dish is designed for

4-5 servings

Time for preparing:

1 hour 15 minutes

Cooking program:

"frying", "soup"

Note

Meatballs can be thrown right away with potatoes, but I was afraid they might fall apart. I love when the soup is transparent, and the meatballs have kept their shape.

I'm trying to cook according to your recipe. Only now I did not understand, what is the "frying" mode in this unit?
lisa567
I will answer instead of Lena, this is frying, it is called that.
Ascorbinka
That's right, thanks, Olesya!

I do not have such a function in a multicooker. I do everything on "stewing" ...
Ascorbinka
It seems to me that the "baking" mode is more suitable for frying
