Chicken terrine with prunes

Ingredients

Fillet of chicken thighs 600 g
Chicken liver 300 g
Smoked bacon 400 g
onion 1 PC
Dry red wine 100 ml
Prunes w / c 100 g
pistachios 50 g
nutmeg pinch
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Pour prunes with wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool down.
  • Mince chicken thighs, liver and onions. Add pistachios, season with salt (carefully, because the bacon is salty), pepper and season with nutmeg.
  • Line the pan with the bacon pieces.

  • Put half of the minced meat. Then spread the prunes
  • Chicken terrine with prunes
  • and the remaining minced meat on top. Wrap the ends of the bacon over the minced meat.
  • Chicken terrine with prunes
  • Bake in the oven at 160 g for 50-60 minutes. Cool in shape. Cover the form with foil, put a load on top (I have a perfect package of juice)

  • and refrigerate for 8 hours.
