mushrooms
onions, carrots

sour cream (mayonnaise)
potatoes
Provencal herbs

Cooking method

• Fry mushrooms in a pressure cooker (I have frozen mushrooms) and vegetables
  
• Beat off the breast, roll in spices
• and put the filling on it.
  
• Roll the fillets into a roll and gently transfer to a bowl, brush with sour cream.
• Arrange potatoes around the edges. Sprinkle with provencal herbs.
  
• When shifting the roll, it can crumble, but when cooking, the chicken meat is seized and the roll retains its shape.
