Ingredients

Granulated sugar 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Flour 280 g
Milk 80 ml
Plum 500 g
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanillin on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Divide the plums into halves and peel them.
  • Beat butter at room temperature with sugar, vanilla, salt until creamy. Whisk in the eggs one at a time.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and alternately stir flour and milk into the dough.
  • Put the dough in a multicooker bowl, flatten. Place the plum halves tightly into the dough, close to each other. Cover, but do not cover! Cover obliquely. Roasting mode 25 minutes. (The next time I'll try for 20 minutes, I think it'll cook. The cake didn't burn, no, it's just that the crust on the bottom turned out a little whiter than I like.)
  • You can also bake the cake on the Porridge pressure 0.3 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Then remove the bowl from the multicooker, let it cool down and put it on a platter. Popped out of the bowl sooooo easy. The cooled cake can be sprinkled with icing sugar. You can eat!

I baked this pie again, only with apricots and plums. I put less fruit. Reduced the time to 20 minutes. I liked it even more. The bottom crust was more tender and rose very well, the fruit did not interfere.
Still, baking in Štebik is very different from baking in other cartoons and resembles baking in the oven.
