Ingredients

Wheat flour 200 g
Whole flour 200 g
Water 280 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Into the dispenser:
Raisins (dried fruits) 80 g

Cooking method

  • A recipe from a Panasonic book.
  • Bread weight - approx. 600 g
  • Instead of raisins, we used a “Fitness Mix” mixture in the amount of 50 g. I could have poured 80, but I was afraid that I would scratch a lot. Can be replaced with any seeds, nuts, or a mixture of both.
  • The gingerbread man looked like a big comma. Before baking - grease the lid with water and sprinkle with Fitness Mix.

Note

Delicious gray bread. It is cut well the next day. Good for sandwiches and soups. For my taste - a bit bland, you can add a little salt. But if you use it as bread for sandwiches - that's it!
