Ingredients

zucchini medium 1 PC

dill, parsley bundle
salt
flour
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Wash the young zucchini, cut into round slices, about 1 cm thick, salt, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil until light pinkish. Put a layer of zucchini in a small form, sprinkle generously with herbs, put the second layer of zucchini, greens. In a cup, mix sour cream with an egg, you can add a little salt and evenly put on vegetables. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, temperature 180-190 degrees.

Cheese is often used in recipes with zucchini (well, except for zucchini pancakes, perhaps), but with it it is still high in calories, and cheese itself is ready-to-eat food, I don't like to fry it, bake it, etc. And finally I found a recipe for zucchini without cheese)))
Moreover, everything is prepared very quickly: you do not need to scrape anything on a grater, squeeze out and perform other unnecessary gestures! Soaked in olive oil and in the oven - 20 minutes and you're done!
