Milk porridge from 4 cereals (pressure cooker Steba DD1)

Ingredients

4 cereal flakes 1 m. Art (the package says to cook for 10 minutes)
Milk 2.5-3 st
Sugar. salt to taste

Cooking method

  • So the first milk porridge is 4 cereals.
  • Of course, 4 minutes did not work, I exhibited only 4 minutes, I feel I need to expose more ... but we will try. While I have the leader Brand 6051 for milk porridges, I put 6 minutes there.
  • So I describe what and how:
  • Beginning 7-15 pressure gained 7-19
  • The signal of the end (or the set of maximum pressure ... well, I did not understand yet) 7-21 on the scoreboard 107 degrees and the time is 4:00 (I thought this was the time to release pressure, because as always 4:00 pops up, smart people explained that this is heating for 4 hours)
  • Time and temperature countdown started
  • 3:58 - 103C
  • 3:56 - 101
  • 3:56 - 100
  • 3:55 - 99
  • 3:55 - 98
  • 3:54 - 97
  • At 97 degrees I blew steam (residues) at 7-33 hours
  • The total cooking time is 18 minutes.
  • According to my feelings, I would still sweat, my husband said that it was delicious, right.
  • If you keep it heated longer, you can pour 3-3.5 tbsp. milk,
  • if no heating is enough 2-2.5
  • In general, I liked the porridge, but so far Brandik is the leader for me. My husband liked it, he can not distinguish.
  • That I liked the temperature of 107 degrees, but the milk doesn’t run anywhere !!!! this is a class !!
  • Now a photo of a bowl, milk border
  • Milk porridge from 4 cereals (pressure cooker Steba DD1)

Note

The porridge is delicious, tomorrow I'll try it in a stainless steel, I'll sign off on the results.

I love it in milk, today I cooked in a stainless steel, I set the time for 6 minutes, I took 2 glasses of milk. I didn't really like the porridge, I didn't even like it. It turned out thick, the flakes were not boiled well. and most importantly, the milk did not bind to the flakes (apparently, there is still not enough milk). The bowl behaved well, nothing escaped, nothing stuck, in that I am happy.
I will select the time and proportions, but for now the most delicious porridge for me is, of course, from Brand 6051
Masinen
Yes, in the staff you have to choose your time and proportions. At first it was not very familiar to me. And now I guess the time the first time) and I liked the porridge from Shteba. But in Orson I didn’t like it at all, it didn’t work out for me, I cannot understand why.

Masha, I apologize for getting into the correspondence. For quite some time now, I have got multimedia. I closely follow all new multicooker and multicooker pressure cookers. I want something universal, but it seems like an impossible dream. So here I am about porridge in Oursson. The porridge turns out to be very good, milky, even from quickly boiling flakes. True, it takes much more time than on the stove. But it is also tastier. It is necessary to choose the temperature and time. For milk porridge, the temperature should be below 100 degrees. The porridge turns out very well when heated. And there should be more liquid than recommended.

For now, Brand 6051 is leading in cereals (everything is just one button) Then Orsyusha 5005 (there is an excellent porridge of your choice, but longer than in Brandik)
I can't find the proportions with Shteba yet. it is very different from other pressure cookers, in others I use 800-1000 ml of milk for 1 m. of cereals, here at 1 m. 2-2.5 mt of milk is enough ... although it seems like it's all a pressure cooker, in general, I'm still figuring it out and that's it

Tatyana, I'm also staring at Brand. While I am acting cunningly: I give my loved ones different multicooker (my mother - Panasonic 10, with her husband's sister - Brand 51). If I buy myself so many multicooker, my husband and son will not understand me, that's for sure. So far, I compare what is at home and what is donated with how other multi are described on the forum. The contagious disease of multimedia.

Tanya, do you pour cold milk and the pressure builds up for only 4 minutes? Now I want to try to cook porridge.
Tanyulya
Ol, not hot, rather cold.

And I already tried to cook porridge. But something went wrong. I took 2ms. milk, 1 ms. mountains. water, added a handful of pumpkin seeds. Yes, in time it turns out roughly the same as yours, but my milk curdled. Although it was the freshest and tested. I don't even know why, maybe because of the seeds, but I have cooked with them more than once in CF. Well, I'm stubborn, I'll put another porridge to cook a little later, but I will achieve my goal

Tanyulya, thanks for sharing the recipe!

made porridge today, 4 cereals,
0.5 m / s groats
2 m / s milk
1 m / s of water
sugar

porridge, 0.7, 7 minutes

came out as we love - moderately cooked and sparse. Children learned with pleasure

Girls, I cooked 5 cereals today. Made 1: 3 (2 cereals + 4 milk + 2 water). The porridge is delicious, like stewed (I would be even thinner). The time turned out to be 40 minutes. Cooked 0.7b; 7min.
- 13 minutes pressure was gained and the valve came out, 7 minutes cooking, the valve opened after 20 minutes, starting from 111 degrees and up to 91 degrees. (it turns out that the discharge is one degree per minute). Is everything correct for me, not much time? True milk from the fridge. Thank you.
