Mushroom soup with lentils in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Brisket 500-700 g
Carrot 1-2 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Lentils - (I took the red one) 1 multicooker art.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mushrooms (I have champignons) about 10 pcs.
Water
Salt
Pepper
Garlic 2 slices
Bay leaf

Cooking method

  • Three carrots on a fine grater, cut the onion into small pieces. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, put carrots and onions, bake for 15 minutes, stir with a spatula. Salt, pepper.
  • At this time we cut mushrooms. How you cut it - we throw it into a saucepan. Fry in baking mode.
  • Put potatoes, meat in a whole piece. Fill with boiling water. Braising for 2 hours. In an hour, add lentils. We take out the meat, cut it, throw it back.
  • Before turning off, throw in the bay leaf, garlic, add salt, and interfere. I advise you to keep it heated for another 15 minutes.

Note

It turns out to be a perfect meal, my husband and eldest daughter eat with two additives! Later I heard that it was a classic mushroom soup. e. b with lentils. Maybe so, I don't know.

In addition: it so happened for me that part of the time the soup was cooked in steam mode - on the top I cooked vegetables and meat for my youngest daughter.
The soup was not affected in any way.
