Sand cake For tea

Ingredients

Cakes:
Sour cream 0.5 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Margarine (butter) 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt pinch
Soda 1 tsp
Flour about 3 tbsp. how much dough will take
Cream 1:
Sour cream 400 g
Strawberry jam taste

Glass = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • I found this recipe in my mother’s old notebook ...
  • Cakes:
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add melted margarine, sour cream, soda, salt, mix well. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough (it should be about like dumplings). Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then roll out onto cakes and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. It is better to trim the cakes immediately, while they are hot. Any cream can be used.
  • T. to the cake was for home tea, I did not bother much with the design and cutting of the cakes. I did a double rate, it turned out 2 cakes. One missed sour cream + strawberry jam, the second with boiled condensed milk (it took about a can).

everything is simple with cream --- for 700 g of fatty sour cream - beat it with sugar and vanilla .. add soft cottage cheese 4% - mix it - taste the taste .. add powdered sugar --- you can have lemon zest and different berries-- -that's the whole cream ... it turns out that it is absorbed into the cakes --- and they are soft and there is a cream ... you can dry fruits
