Chicken with rice (Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Chicken drumstick 4 things
Rice (not parboiled, long grain) 1 multi-glass
A tomato 1 PC
Mayonnaise 3-4 tablespoons
Garlic 1 large clove
Butter 50 g
Hard cheese (I took Parmesan) 50-70 g
Water 1.5 multi-glasses
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Chicken with rice (Steba DD1 ECO)
  • Preparation:
  • 1. Free chicken drumsticks from bones. Salt, pepper.
  • 2. Put small pieces of butter on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Put the chicken on the butter.
  • 3. Cut the tomato into rings (about 5-7 mm) and put on a mug on the chicken.
  • 4. Squeeze the garlic into mayonnaise, mix well and generously spread the chicken and tomato with this mixture. Pour the rice into a bowl, in places free of chicken. Pour water on the rice, add some salt.
  • 5. Sprinkle the chicken with grated cheese.
  • 6. Meat mode for 10 minutes and 17-18 minutes I stood on Heating. When I opened the temperature, Shtebik showed 86 degrees, there was no pressure.
  • It turned out very tasty, just no crust. The chicken cooked well, it was plump, but soft. Rice is wonderful, not dry, crumbly. Chicken butter and juice soaked it ... .. mmmm ... ... yummy!
  • I think that if you make chicken with bones, then you need a little more time, 15 minutes.
  • Highly recommend. Bon Appetit!

Elena, made chicken and rice on the weekend, all according to the recipe, only instead of mayonnaise - sour cream (and did not take out the bones)! It turned out very tasty, thanks

Olga, to your health! Glad you liked!
Sour cream is also good, just a little sharper with mayonnaise.

Interestingly, if you also make buckwheat, then how long does it take?
