Ingredients

zucchini 1-2 pcs
eggplant 1-2 pcs
Bell pepper 3-4 pcs
tomato 3-4 pcs
chopped meat 300 g
egg 2 pcs
grated cheese 3 tablespoons
garlic 1-2 cloves
breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil for frying
salt, pepper, chopped parsley

Cooking method

  • Peel the zucchini and eggplants and cut into "cups" 6-7 cm high. Cut off the top of the tomatoes. Cut off the top of peppers, remove seeds and partitions.
  • Remove the pulp from the middle of the vegetables, chop. put the prepared vegetables on a baking sheet, lightly greased with vegetable oil.Provencal stuffed vegetables
  • Heat 1 table in a frying pan. a spoonful of oil, fry the chopped pulp of vegetables, transfer to a bowl. I also added a finely chopped onion to them.

Irinka, as it turned out, I often practice a similar dish when there is a lot of minced meat, but there was not enough pepper for stuffing.
But in your photos I see that the vegetables are half filled with minced meat.Why not to the top? Or does this have some culinary meaning?
