Cooking method

  • Our Shteba pressure cooker knows how to bake chicken.
  • We take the chicken, salt, cover with seasonings.
  • We put a Teflon bowl and turn on the Roasting mode for 30 minutes. After the countdown began and the pressure cooker squeaked, pour some butter and put in the chicken. Fry it well on all sides for 30 minutes. Under the covered lid.
  • This is how it turned out after roasting, but not ready to the end

  • Take 40 ml of water and pour it into a bowl. We turn on the Meat mode for 15 minutes, the pressure is 0.7.
