Salmon fillet with tomatoes and onions in Brand 6051 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Salmon fillet- 600g
A tomato 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • I really like the combination of fish and tomato, I cook fish soup with salted tomatoes.
  • I have salmon fillet in pieces. The fillet put a chopped tomato on the bottom of a greased bowl, on a fish, on a tomato onion in half rings.
  • Cooked on the Baby food mode
  • 6 minutes, pressure 70kPa
  • The program started at 16-05
  • At 16-19, a pressure of 70 kPa reached and the countdown began (something a bit too long pressure was gaining ... maybe there was no liquid)
  • At 16-25 readiness signal
  • At 16- (29/30), the pressure dropped to 30KPa, the rest was forced off

Cooking program:

CHILDREN FOOD

Note

The fish turned out to be very tasty, fried from below, broth on top. Next time I will put 4 minutes, I think it will be even better.

Tanya, the fish is just a miracle, and it’s something in its own juice! ... I only have Brand 6050, but I think it will work out there too. What setting in 6050 do you think is better to cook? Porridge / steaming - okay?

Thank you
At 6050, salmon steak was made on Porridge / steamed for 4 minutes. So for the first time, try 5 minutes. 6 minutes was a bit too much for me yesterday. It's just that the pressure took a very long time.
