Does no one have such a combine? I've also looked after this one, I want someone to tell the pros and cons.
shoveler
I already have
I decided to take a chance despite the lack of reviews about him on the network. I can share my impressions. What exactly are you interested in?
aurin
I also ordered today, will it be delivered in 2 days. Are you satisfied with it? Are there any disadvantages?
shoveler
Disadvantages can be found in everything, if you look for them))) She meets my requirements, so I'm happy
aurin
It is most important. You made me happy. I'll try, I'll unsubscribe too.
Susava
shoveler, please write how the harvester behaves when kneading dough and rolling meat: does it shake violently? I watched from the video, it seemed that he was walking with a shaker under load. Is the volume too loud?
Is the juicer working properly? Doesn't it scratch the pieces of plastic?
Is the vegetable grater functional? Convenient to use?

I ordered today, but I still doubt whether to pick it up or not ...

I also recently became the owner of a mulinex kitchen machine. started learning to cook, what else can you say!
Of course, kenwoods (those that are more expensive, there was an opportunity to look at work) feel better, but the price bites. and for the money, Moulinex is an excellent choice. The meat grinder is weak, but for those who are not in a hurry and cut the meat properly, there will be no problem. Spins slowly but surely. the mini chopper is really mini. cut perfectly. the slicer is slow, but maybe I want a lot (there used to be a Kenwood food processor made of unpretentious ones, and there a food processor with disks once or twice and cut everything), you can endlessly compare. The dough kneads perfectly. I hope it will make me a better hostess. The main thing is that it adds motivation to cook, study recipes and different culinary chemistry. In general, ask if anything is interesting.

Hurrah! My question is still relevant, in thought from the cheapest kitfort to the most expensive Kenwood. What model did you take? How does a tight dough knead? And that is, terrible videos where the head is shaking, somewhere the poor are tied with a belt, is there a cube cutter and how is it at work? Does one protein really beat? And, of course, how sad is everything with the meat grinder (how small should you cut the meat, how does it eat the veins, how does the combine itself feel)? And about the shredder, I wonder if the output size is normal (it can be too small or too large)?
Olz
I have a 503 model. There are no cutting cubes, they say, you can buy in addition.I tried baking ciabatta and making pizza dough. I'm happy with the result, this is the tightest dough I've ever done. Three cutting / shredding cones. I don't really understand this, but I rubbed cheese, carrots for soup, cut cucumbers / apples into thin slices, I didn't really like it compared to the discs - at the end the cheese gets stuck between the cone and the tube. Everything looks better on the promo video than in real life. But I almost don't know how to cook, so I'm just learning and maybe I won't be able to answer about large or small at the exit. I managed to rub the apple almost in mashed potatoes.

I didn't beat one protein, but I believe that the machine will do it, I had at least two.

As for the meat grinder, the couple of times that I used it, I had lean beef. The throat of the meat grinder is narrow, so you need to cut it so that it can pass freely. Cut into strips (written in cubes in the instructions). You can't twist meat mixed with vegetables, everything stuck with me. First, a portion of meat, then gently onions, carrots, celery. Then again meat and so on. Everything is slow compared to individual devices. And it's scary to add speed - 1-2, and that's all. Although if there was no meat grinder before, then it may not cause discomfort.

As a conclusion, when I get rich, I will buy a powerful Kenwood. And on a more modest budget - Mulya is my assistant. I'm more passionate about confectionery, and I miss the delicate mixing attachment, for example, hook hands in places, but probably with experience it will come. We also do not sell a nozzle for rolling the dough, and if you order from abroad, then at a cost like half a car + it turns out. In this regard, Kenwood nozzles are more humane in price. But etr if you strive to automate everything as much as possible. I'm still learning a lot and it's more interesting for me to roll it out manually, for example.

And yes, it can walk with a shake under load, but in order to directly tie - no.

The instructions also indicate that the maximum continuous operation time of the nozzles is 10-13 minutes. I can't say that this is enough for me, sometimes it takes longer to knead, I have to take breaks - the motor heats up. But the cream somehow had to be whipped longer. In this regard, expensive Kenwoods win.

That is, is there something to overpay in the cache? And you didn't compare it with the Boshiks?
Olz
You have to understand what the overpayment will bring. Still, top-end kenwoods are more for prprf. uses are sharpened. And the metal internals, the case, and the long operating time - everything speaks about the possibility of large loads. So if you have the motivation to cook as an art - it is certainly worth it. Especially that Kenwood with induction :)))
If you need to automate processes in the kitchen and not go broke, Moulinex is an excellent choice. If you are not limited in funds, spend on Kenwood. If you don't know how it will go - and suddenly I will play and get bored - mulinex. It was for this reason that I did not look in the direction of the dear ones. Inexpensive all-in-one Kenwoods alarmed me and the reviews on them are so-so, so I think I made a good choice.

BOSHI did not even consider, well, they were attracted visually, and I did not meet intelligent video reviews. Visually attractive Klatronic, some other unfamiliar TMs were found in catalogs, with a rich bundle and good reviews. But somewhere there was no mill, somewhere the power was less, somewhere the Moulinex brand simply believed more.

And also - the issue of space in the kitchen is also important. 6 squares - you will not be overclocked to store equipment that you do not use, this also influenced the decision not to rush with an expensive purchase.
