Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Take boneless chicken thighs and cut into pieces for pilaf. Three carrots on a grater. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • We turn on the Roasting mode for 12 minutes. After the signal, pour oil and put our thighs, or rather chicken thighs))
  • After about five minutes, put the onion. After 2 carrots and tomatoes and mix everything. At the end of frying, salt, I put Curry (I have it spicy).
  • Rice took brown steamed 1.5 cups. We wash it and put it on top. Water poured about 2 multi-glasses, so that the rice was covered and there was a little on top.
  • We turn on the Porridge / cereal mode for 15 minutes, the pressure is 0.7 bar.
  • We are waiting for the pressure to subside by itself.
  • The result is an excellent tasty, spicy pilaf.
  • I brought curry from Bahrain... Crazy seasoning !!!

And my husband once put the tomatoes and it turned out risotto instead of pilaf. We don't add tomatoes anymore, we love yellow pilaf with curry or turmeric.

The only thing was that my meat was finely chopped, about 1x1cm, and I fried it separately in a frying pan, then stewed it over low heat for about 10 minutes. At the same time, she was frying onions and carrots in a stick in parallel. Mixed vegetables with meat, added a head of garlic, rice, water, salt on top and cooked on the program as Maria wrote.

I don't know how the staff does all this, but it's something. The husband and daughter ate without speaking.

When I moved from my parents, there were no cauldrons at hand, I made them in a frying pan and the pilaf was 50/50, the result was unpredictable. It could have turned out great, but it could have turned out so that it is not very direct. Shteba coped with pilaf just fine. And what a classic stew in it turns out, just a fairy tale!
