Ingredients

Boiled jasmine rice (I have Mistral) 2 glasses
Eggs 3 pieces
Corn 2-3 st. spoons
Peas 2-3 st. spoons
Raw tiger shrimps 300 g
Light soy sauce 2-3 st. spoons
Fish sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
Green onion taste
Kinza (for an amateur) taste
Butter (I have ghee) 2 tbsp. spoons
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Freshly ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cook rice in advance, preferably one day before cooking. I cook rice in Toshiba 1: 1, after frying it in butter. Cook, cool, cover loosely and put in the refrigerator at least overnight. By the way, after Vietnam I just eat this kind of rice with soy sauce, I didn't expect it from myself! It has such a delicate creamy taste!
  • Defrost peas and corn.
  • Mix soy sauce and fish sauce in one container.
  • Beat eggs lightly with a fork.
  • Cut the onion diagonally into strips 3-4 cm long.
  • Chop the cilantro.
  • Chop the garlic finely and finely with a knife.
  • Shrimps are usually sold already without a head, so we just have to remove the shell, leaving the last scale near the tail, cut along the back, pull out the black byaka, rinse.
  • Now let's go!
  • We heat the oil in a stainless steel over the frying, as the countdown goes, add garlic, fry a little, then peas and corn, heat it up, put rice, stir, fry for 5 minutes, pour in a mixture of sauces (from fish sauce stinky, but not for long, only amazing remains taste), mix.
  • We shift our rice to the side, pour the eggs next to it, stir quickly and quickly until a porridge is obtained, mix the porridge with rice, add black pepper, onion and cilantro, mix.
  • Now we take the shrimp and put them in the rice. Turn off the Cube, close the lid obliquely. After 10 minutes, open, mix and absorb! The yummy is incredible !!! Bon Appetit!

Believe me, I wrote much longer, prepares in a matter of minutes !!! Fell in love with this rice, now there is always boiled jasmine in the refrigerator, try it! And one more thing: for those who like spicy, add chili pepper along with garlic. I eat small, so I make it without chili, there are enough spikes from black pepper!
