Fried quails in a multicooker REDMOND RMC-01

Ingredients

quail 4 things
small apple 1 PC
marinade
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l
olive oil 2 tbsp. l
garlic 1 clove
seasoning 4 peppers

Cooking method

  • Rinse the quails and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • To make a marinade: mix olive oil with soy sauce and chopped garlic.
  • Peel the apple, cut into wedges.
  • Coat each quail with marinade and put inside an apple slice. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Place the quail (with the marinade) in the MV pot and turn on the STEAM program for 1 hour. Turn over several times during cooking. During this time, they are well fried, and the apples inside turn into a juicy puree.
  • Put the finished quails on a dish, and in the pan in which they were fried add 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tsp. soy sauce and some minced garlic. Bring to a boil and pour over the quail.

Note

The quails were ready in 40 minutes. They turned out to be very soft and juicy. Unlike the oven, the MV has a humid environment, the quails do not dry out and do not need to be watered during cooking.
