Ingredients

Milk 200ml
Flour (slightly less) 500g
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 squirrels + 1 yolk
Salt 0.5 tsp
Live yeast (I replaced it with dry) 15 gr.
Vanilla sugar 8 g

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Pour milk, yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar, whites, yolk and salt into the prepared dishes, heated to 30-40 degrees, stir.
  • 2. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Before the end of the kneading, add the butter melted until thick sour cream to the dough and continue kneading until the butter is completely combined with the dough.
  • A well-kneaded dough should be homogeneous, without lumps of unmixed flour and easily fall behind the hands and walls of the dishes.
  • 3. After kneading, lightly sprinkle the dough with flour, close the dishes with a lid or a clean cloth and set for 3-3.5 hours in a warm place for fermentation. In the process of proving, the dough will need to be kneaded 1 time and put back on the way.
  • The finished dough should not be overstretched, as the quality only deteriorates from this. Products made from such dough are rough and with a sour taste. Therefore, it is completely unnecessary to put the dough in the evening.
  • 4. Put the dough on a table greased with vegetable oil, knead, roll out a circle, cut into segments (like a cake), put jam on a wide edge and roll up.
  • 5. Put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, let it stand for 10-15 minutes, grease it with yolk and milk and bake at 200 * C until golden brown.
