Ingredients

Sweet red bell pepper 2 Kg
Hot chili (red) 5 pieces.
Garlic 300g
Sugar 1 glass
Rock salt 1/4 cup
Vinegar 9% 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • Scroll the pepper and garlic through a meat grinder, add salt, sugar, boil for 15-20 minutes and pour in the vinegar. Let it boil for another 10 minutes and put in banks, roll up. You get about 2 liters. adjika.
