Ingredients

Warm water 100 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Sugar 1 st. l.
Vegetable oil 30 g
Salt pinch
Filling:
Apples 700 g
Sugar 100 g
Cinnamon (not used) 1 st. l.
Melt butter 40 g

Cooking method

  • For the dough, mix warm water with butter, sugar, flour, salt. Cover and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
  • Roll out the finished dough on a towel sprinkled with flour, so that it becomes thin as paper.
  • Cut the apples into small cubes. I cut with Niser.
  • Grease the surface of the dough with melted butter, retreating from the edges by 1-2 cm.
  • Spread the apples over about half of the dough. It was a revelation for me. Before that, I always spread apples over the entire surface, and the rolls were torn. It turns out that's the secret.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Using a towel, lifting it by the edges, roll up the roll, bending it inward. so that the filling does not leak out.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with paper. Grease with the rest of the oil, sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about 40 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
  • Crispy crust and delicate filling. Until the apple season, you need to use it.
