Brownie with chocolate in a multicooker REDMOND RMC-01

Ingredients

For the bottom
walnuts 35 g
sugar 30 g
flour 50 g
butter 50 g
raspberry jam (I have apricot jam) 2 tbsp. l.
For the top
butter 1 tbsp. l.
cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 30 g
eggs 1 PC
vanilla essence (not added) 0.5 tsp
salt pinch
icing sugar for dusting

Cooking method

  • Grind walnuts in a blender with 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. Mix in a bowl with the remaining sugar and flour. Add butter and grind the dough to a state of bread crumbs (I mixed everything in a mixer along with frozen butter, after chopping the nuts).
  • Grease the bottom and walls of the multicooker with oil and lay out the nut mixture in an even layer. Cook in the "Baking" mode for 1 hour.
  • At this time, prepare the top layer. Melt butter in a saucepan, pour in about 2 tbsp. l. water. Add cocoa and sugar. Remove the pan from heat, add vanilla essence, salt and cool for 5 minutes. Drive eggs into the mixture.
  • Open the slow cooker, coat the cake with raspberry (apricot) jam. Pour the chocolate and egg mixture onto it. Switch on baking mode for another 45 minutes. After the end of the program, allow to cool well in a multicooker and carefully remove.

Note

Recipe from the chefs of the Gastronom magazine for MV Polaris.
I reduced the number of products for MV Redmond by half (here in the recipe there is a reduced version), increased the baking time.

Galinka, THANKS for the idea

Marina, it's really delicious. If you are going to do it, just don't put a lot of jam, you just need to slightly smear the cake.

Galya, just shine! Two layers in one sitting (in a multicooker in two steps). What you need so as not to bother too much. At the same time, it is both beautiful and tasty. I take it to bookmarks, I will definitely bake.

Put it on to bake! Worried....
Gala
Natalia, Thank you! Be sure to try.

Marina, I'm worried too .... Everything is so fragile, you need to be very careful, otherwise you can easily break it. I did it in the morning, in the evening, when the cakes stood, they became even tastier.

Here it is my "ivy" in coconut sprinkle, very tasty! Did what happened with peanuts! True, not so masterly, but still delicious, and I made the jam myself in HP (apricot + lemon) I took 100 ml.

Wow! The appearance of the dish struck on the spot. It even became interesting how such a delicious treat was made from such simple ingredients. I am also happy with simple biscuits from my slow cooker, but here is such a cake. Now I won't rest until I try to cook it.
Gala
Allen, Thank you!
Of course, it must be done, everything is as easy as shelling pears

I made this brownie today, but I did not change much, I baked the bottom cake for about 15 minutes, when it grabbed a little on top, I laid the baked apple slices, then I also added a little semolina and 4 eggs and frozen currants to the top layer and I baked everything together exactly an hour, it turned out super))) and then the next time low, the bottom cake will be done as for 3 norms), but I wonder if your bottom did not burn out in 1 hour 45 minutes?
Gala
Olga 7, nothing burned out for me, this MV is very delicate, everything turns out great in it

I see you made a lot of changes and it turned out to be a completely different recipe
For creativity
