Pork neck in a special way (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)

Ingredients

Pork neck piece 1.5KG
Marinade:
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Fresh garlic 3-4 teeth
Fresh / dry ground ginger 3 cm / 1.5 st. l.
Dry white wine 80 ml
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, black pepper taste
For extinguishing:
Garlic (do not peel) 2-3 teeth
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Black peppercorns 3-4 pcs.
Hot water 100 ml

Cooking method

  • Wash the pork neck in one piece and dry thoroughly.
  • Rub on all sides with salt and black pepper (or a mixture of peppers).
  • Place in a pickling bag (or in a suitable container with a lid).
  • Onions, garlic and ginger root (if fresh) are peeled and grind with a blender into pulp.
  • Add wine and olive oil. Mix.
  • Add the marinade to the meat bag and distribute evenly. Tie the package.
  • Pork neck in a special way (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)
  • Leave to marinate in the cold for 24 hours. This time, the meat stood in the refrigerator for almost 40 hours.
  • Then take the neck out of the bag. Peel off excess gruel.
  • Turn on the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker in the mode Roasting default time.
  • Put the meat in a bowl (you do not need to grease with oil) and fry on all sides for 3 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Pour 100 ml of hot water into a bowl.
  • Add bay leaves, black peppercorns, garlic (not peeled).
  • Bring to readiness on mode STEWING 45 minutes.
  • Then cool to room temperature. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for ripening for 5-6 hours.
  • For serving, cut the meat into slices and serve as a cold snack or as a meat sandwich.
