Tell me, pl., What do errors mean when starting E00, E01, NNN (moulinex stove)

I have OW3000 there, nothing is written about errors at all, and it seems that it never gave out such muck

Tell me, pl., What do errors mean when starting E00, E01, NNN (moulinex stove)
If you turn on the power to the stove, after a beep, program 1 is displayed (weight 1 kg, medium crust). The menu key selects one of the programs. I will assume that the START button was accidentally pressed. It is better to remove the plug from the outlet, wait 7 minutes, make a visual inspection, check if the buttons are stuck, if there are any crumbs.
Ivan
Check the voltage in your network. Check the inscription on the nameplate by the stove under what voltage.
If the stove is new, then contact the service, possibly a breakdown in the electronics.
If it has been used for a long time, then use your hand to rotate the axis in the bucket, whether to spin or not. Try to start the stove without a bucket for 10 minutes, if it works, then the problem is in the drive, bucket mechanics.
Also try to run from another program, dough, cake, jam, etc.
If it does not help and you yourself cannot check the internal electronics, especially if it is still in the guarantee, then only directly to the Moulinex SERVICE center.
Bora Bora
Once my HP gave me an error - something with the letter N ... It was accompanied by a piercing sound signal, and, of course, the programs did not turn on.

This meant that the oven was overheated, as I had just finished stirring the rye dough on the 7th program. And I wanted to turn it on right there. It took about 40 minutes for it to "move away".

Or maybe it happened because I turned it off from the network before the end of the beeps at the end of the program: as soon as it started beeping, I was in a hurry from the network!
The next time I waited for the end of the sound signals, turned off the stove and turned it on again after 10 minutes - there was no error.

To my great regret, such a "good" scratch on the Teflon coating appeared inside the bucket.
Can you please tell me if it is possible to order spare parts via the Internet and are buckets sold in Moscow or St. Petersburg? We, in Vologda, I have not yet found ...
Maybe someone has already had this problem ...

If the scratch is not wide (less than 0.5 cm), then it's okay, you can safely use it further, nothing will burn. You just do not need to wash with detergents, so that the coating will not "crawl" further. It is enough to rinse the bucket with water and dry it with a towel. My sad experience has shown that even the most branded "Teflon" can be scratched over time, the main thing is then not to wash it with detergent - it begins to bubble in all directions from the scratch.
Zhorzhevna
Thank you, Lika! Especially about detergents - I didn't know that!
Now I will be more careful! And along the way to look for a bucket. Maybe you're lucky!

Hello, I want to share a problem. I bought a Moulinex 2000 stove. Everything about it suits me, but on 2 cookies, when kneading, something began to knock inside. I thought, maybe the dough beats against the walls like that. Then she turned off the stove from the socket, pulled out the dough, turned on the stove, but it still knocks when kneading. Is this the norm or marriage? Share your advice.

Hello! I have a problem. When kneading at my bread machine (Moulinex OW 2000), a bucket pops out of the grooves and knocks against the wall of the oven. Tried to expand it nothing changes. You have to hold it with your hand until the end of the batch so that it does not knock and does not jump out. Tell me what to do.

Thanks a lot for the answers. In the store where I bought the stove 3 weeks ago, they said that this was my problem and I also had to solve it myself. Perhaps I'll try to take it to the service. Maybe they'll do something there. Thanks again.

Taif, you have every right to return the defective device to the place where you bought it (especially since only 3 weeks have passed) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no need to follow the stories of store employees. As long as we consider the purchased faulty product, lack of instructions, etc. as our problem, this will be so.
Take your HP to the store, write in a standard form (there are samples in the store) a statement that you require an examination and refuse warranty repair. After 21 days (at this time, the CP will undergo an examination at the manufacturer's service center) you will be given a conclusion that the defect is confirmed, on the basis of which the money will be returned to you in the store or an exchange will be offered.
What you are being told about supposedly YOUR problem is simply the unwillingness of store employees to make unnecessary gestures and their belief in your ignorance of their rights.
I went through all the above procedures myself recently, everything ended successfully for me

I have Moulinex 2000, and it also knocked somewhere from the second time, the funny thing is that we took her to the store and wanted to hand it over, it was Saturday in the yard, we were told to come on Tuesday, when we arrived home, we decided if we changed so why feel sorry for her then , we decided to put the bread in the oven, and that's it, since then she hasn't knocked, as my husband and I say, probably she was afraid of other owners to have

The most interesting thing is that I took the stove to the store, they began to check it, but it does not knock, it knocked at home, but not there. The sellers told me that I would use it at home and if I knock, they will take it back. But luckily, she no longer knocked at home.

The stirrer must necessarily have a small free stroke, otherwise it will roll the rod onto which it is put on.
Sonechka
Most likely, this bucket mount dangles and rattles (if it's not Panasonic, in which the bucket is fixed differently). Either badly "fastened", or bad fastening.
And the free running of the mixer has nothing to do with it.
musyanya
Everything was fine until yesterday. My Moulinex 5002 is broken. Near one of the pins on which the stirrer is put on, there is, in my opinion, a silicone little thing below, orange, soft. It cracked and the pin stopped rotating. Forgive me for not correctly describing the name of the parts, but whoever looked inside will probably understand what I'm talking about. The stove is only two months old, I handle it with care. What is it: a marriage, or does it happen during long-term operation, say 2 years later? Tomorrow I'll go to the service center and see what they say there. I would like to know your opinion, I am so scared now! I'm so used to good bread! Please help with advice!

Good day. Forgive me for asking a new topic, but I want it to be in full view of everyone, maybe someone can help.

In this model, the lid is not attached very well, during baking the product body heats up, as a result of which the lid fell out of its connectors several times, and today the fastening has broken. What should I do now? This does not affect the operation of the stove, but still not pleasant. I'm afraid that in the store and in the service they will tell me that this is not a warranty case and I myself am to blame for what happened, that I have crooked hands. In principle, I will probably leave it that way, only I'm afraid that don't let B. I have a serious warranty breakdown, then they will refuse to repair me because of this defect.
I am very offended by what happened, and I don't know what to do.
Maybe there are people here who know consumer protection laws and can help me with an adviser, I really hope.

I think you definitely need to communicate with the service, do not set yourself up in advance for failure. You’re sure the mount didn’t break because you pounded on it with a hammer.
The service cannot simply refuse, you can demand an examination (you write an application for examination directly in the service or store, if communication with the service occurs through the store service). So I handed over a faulty pocket computer, I was first told that such malfunctions happen if the product is dropped into water, such as NON-Guarantee, sent for examination, confirmed the factory defect, returned the money.
In general, pull yourself together and go to surrender to the service. Good luck !!!

Excuse me, but I don't quite understand your phrase (exactly the words that are highlighted in the quote). How can the body heat affect the cover falling out of the connectors? I also have Moulinex, only 5002 ... The ovens are one to one (with the only difference that mine does not have a mold for baguettes), and so the lid from the connectors I have never dropped out ... When opening / closing, I just take for "ears" on both sides ... although maybe, if on one, then I will fall out ... but I will not experiment ... :) I am 100% satisfied with my stove, no ... for everything 200% !!!

I am also very pleased with my stove, and also 200%. She hasn’t let me down yet, although I sometimes entrust difficult tasks to her.

Crochet I apologize that my phrase seemed incomprehensible to you, I myself do not understand how it happened that the lid broke. You will not believe it, but when opening / closing I also take the "ears" and also from both sides, but the fact is that when the cover started to fall out of its connectors in the unfolded state, the first time it fell while I was aiming with a towel in my hands going to get the bread, next times I tried to open the lid more carefully, I made sure that the pins did not come out, but the second time, when the pins seemed to be in their places, the lid began to twist and fall, I caught it hot, almost burned. Well, the third time, which was the last time it was opened, just one of the pins broke. And that's all.
Of course, this does not affect the quality of the bread and the operation of the stove itself, only now I have to remove / put on the lid constantly, because it does not hold on to one pin.

Bunny I saw in the next topic that you have already become a happy owner of a bread machine and have already seen a wonderful result yourself. Congratulations.

Rustic stove thanks for the support. Of course, we will talk to the service one of these days. I'm only afraid that they will take her away for examination, and what will I do at this time? I'll have to eat store bread.

I baked the bunny baguettes, but according to a different recipe. The recipe was taken by a "loaf of stagnant times", it turned out delicious, like bagels of the same time.

Alen Delonghi what if there is no cat? Borrow from neighbors?

Yesterday we visited the service, at first they pokamil us, shouted, as I expected, such as the case is not guaranteed, no one even began to understand what is the cause of the breakdown, they offered to call Moulinex, or send for examination to Kiev. But my husband and I decided that it would be safer for us not to mess with these offices and ordered a new cover, although we must wait 2-3 months for it.
Once again I was convinced that sovietism is invincible. Servich is very specific.

Z. Y. but on the way home we stopped at a store and bought various flour, malt, and much more. Now I'll go pick up a recipe and bake a new bread ...

As far as I understand, the service considered the breakdown mechanical, that is, one to which the consumer himself "had a hand". If the plastic is defective (for example, there is a bubble in it, a shell that reduces strength), then this is visible to the naked eye. In this case, you need to demand replacement under warranty. If you think that the breakdown is related to a structural defect (I didn't quite understand which one), then you can be sure that a lot of people will appear on this wonderful forum who will complain exactly about the same breakdown as you.
In general, order an independent examination. I think we can try to contact the Consumer Protection Committee. I don't know their phone numbers, but I know that they advise for free, and the court does not charge a fee for consumer claims. If everything is as you say - the court will decide in your favor, the losses will be reimbursed.

About the "scoop" and different masters.

My camera (under warranty) has a loose rubber pad. Of course, I could have glued it myself. But the guarantee ... In short, I took it to the service. They looked, did not even begin to draw up anything, smeared it with some kind of glue and offered to pick it up in 10 minutes. I took it, a year has passed - everything is holding tight. I draw a conclusion: "scoops" are not all.

I made a major overhaul at my mother-in-law, last fall. The wall, and then the tile, was made when the heating was already working. Two months passed - a hairline crack appeared, right on the tile, because obviously, the heated towel rail dried the not completely dry wall (and then the father-in-law turned the thermostat on the pipe - it got too hot). I called the master who laid the tiles. He came, looked, scratched himself ... and over the weekend he smashed the tiles, repacked the wall, and the next weekend (already before the New Year) moved it using a compound for underfloor heating, which is not afraid of heating and does not crack. And he did not take money for the work - he said - correcting the defect, he himself, they say, should have figured out that under the heated towel rail the wall heats up and can crack ...

Good guy. He went to Spain to work, there is a construction boom in resorts, his relative has been there for two years, so he took him.

The lid is removable. So that in case of anything you can wash. To remove the cover, you need to partially open and align the guides with the grooves and pull up. I did this procedure more than once - it happens with little effort, but so that when the lid is opened it falls off ... obviously something has already been broken off or the lid was not inserted correctly.
Regarding strength - it does not weigh much and it does not weigh much, so if you do not lie down and lean on it, then there will be no problems.
Aksania
Cherub, in general, I am doing this now, since the lid on one mount does not hold, then you have to constantly remove / put it on. And I am also inclined to think that there was originally a breakdown, or some kind of crack, which served as such a deplorable result.

Alen Delonghi, I honestly really want to prove that I did not have a hand in this breakdown. I know myself, I am always very careful about things. I will re-read the instructions three times before using the thing. If I dropped the kitchen lid. combine, then I know that it is my own fault, but here,. The examination is carried out only in Kiev, I will not send my stove there, I have a sad experience. Our fotik was sent there for examination and repair, they returned the fotik to us a month later, with a terribly scratched body. They sent it through the store, when they tried to point out to the seller about the presence of unnecessary scratches, he just shrugged his shoulders, it has nothing to do with it, it was in Kiev, they are to blame. I'm certainly not right, I am following the path of least resistance, but I don't want to waste my nerves on this. Life even without it throws up reasons.
And the fact that you have come across decent specialists, it pleases, I am also sometimes lucky, and this proves that not everything is so bad.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my topic, I hope that it will help beginners to carefully handle this miracle unit. I will say again that the stove is super.
BARBARISKA
Both fasteners broke off for me too. The first on the 3rd day, and the second after another 2 days. And they broke, as it were, by the way, very easily, without any effort on my part. Fortunately, my oven stands against the wall and when I take out the bread, the lid rests and holds.

In all other respects, the stove is excellent, and the lid should not be hermetically closed, but still unpleasant
Alen delonghi
Well, in the end, after all, it is impossible to repair, or what?
Alen delonghi
Quote: Oxana HR

Alen Delonghi, what to repair? A lid? In principle, it is possible, but some kind of tricky plastic, you need a special glue, and my husband doubts the quality of the result, and he fumbles about it a little. So we will shed for 130 UAH. and we will get a new cover, though in three months, at best two.

May I ask how you feel about the Delonghi technique? I want to buy a humidifier from their company.
Look - there should be letters on the cover (like PS, ABS or something similar), inside, in an inconspicuous place. To do this, the cover must be disassembled. This is the name of the plastic. Find recommendations on the Internet on how to glue this plastic. I am 100% sure that it will stick together, because only fluoroplastic and polyethylene do not stick like this ...

I do not belong to Delongy's technique, since I only have a bread maker from it. I consider it the best in terms of functionality existing on our market. My sister has had an ice cream maker for several years. Everything is fine.

For humidifiers, search the web for reviews using the keyword "Delonghi humidifier".

NEOPHYTE
The fastening of the lid of the baguette Moulinex is quite reliable, but alas, it is not foolproof, since the lid is heavy and a large lever. Under her own weight, she should not break off and will not lead her. But there is a very high probability of accidentally running into it, especially when you are trying to remove the container with bread. In addition, it is removable and easily jumps out of the grooves, so if you are inattentive, the axle is easy to break, for example, when closing. If someone has broken off, it's okay, this will not affect the warranty, since there are no functional units in the lid. It's a shame, of course, like a scratch on a new Mercedes, but you can work - just take off and put on, it's even more convenient, which I actually do out of harm's way. although he did not have time to break off. It makes no sense to start a lawsuit - it is quite difficult and troublesome to prove a flaw or a factory defect - with the same efforts you can earn two new ones. For especially aesthetics - in case of breakage, the lid can be attached to the body with two bolts or studs as on hinges by drilling the corresponding holes in the axes of the lid itself and in the lid holders in the body, with a diameter of about 6 mm Any man can cope with this super task in half an hour. Nice and reliable this time. For this reason, I see no reason to abandon this model - any other may have their own chip, much less innocuous.
Aksania
Neophyte, but if you drill holes and fasten them with bolts (I like this option), but in the service then they will start to find fault and do not want to take for warranty repairs, and there is a reason, unauthorized interference with the structure
NEOPHYTE
I already wrote that there are no functional units in the lid on which the operation of the device depends. In principle, for a more serious reason, you can refer to warranty repairs without a lid and without a bucket at all, which will only interfere with the masters - they are interested in unauthorized opening of seals and obvious interference in working units. Judge for yourself - broken axles are not a reason for refusal, but a screwed-in reason? ... I have experience of this kind of communication with guarantors. Just in case, check with the workshop.

I'm in trouble. The bread maker is not even a month old and I already ruined the bucket. Dropped it off the table and it wrinkled. Now it leaks a little and is a little crooked. I don’t know what to do now. Can someone tell me what? A new bucket is worth half the stove. And he still has to wait for the devil as long as necessary. Has anyone had this?

The bottom thing at the bottom of the bucket, which is inserted into the bread maker, the mixing mechanism, well, I don’t know how to explain it. In short, it now does not adhere strongly to the bucket itself and drips slightly from there. I don’t know if it’s dangerous or not. Well, in the princepe, it seems to me that if you put everything in a bucket and immediately put it on and turn it on, it probably will not have time to leak. I haven't tried it yet, I'm afraid.

Tanya! If the bucket is crooked or leaking, then it is better not to try to use it. You look, something leaks and an electric shock, if not worse ... Or the motor will deteriorate from skewing ... Look for a new bucket. There is nothing to help here.

Yesterday I bought HP, decided to do something nice for the boys, so that in the morning they would be awakened by the smell of fresh bread. I did everything according to the instructions, went to bed.At 3.30 I woke up from a roar (in a 3-km apartment, the bedroom was closed by a door, they never complained about sound insulation), ran to the kitchen in a shirt, the roar stopped, I hear the gentle hum of HP. I sat down next to me, I was sitting, I was already falling asleep, AGAIN a roar and such as if the HP would break now. And so at the kneading stage, almost every minute. Turned off their sockets, then turned on again, it did not help. She turned it off completely, burst into tears, went to bed. In the morning I complain to my husband, we turn it on together, but before we looked, was there anything in the bucket? Everything is fine, we turn it on, everything repeats. The only thing that may not be so shocking is the sound, due to the fact that there is not one, and the general noise in the house. But how do you put it at night? French bun mode. WHAT TO DO? Here they wrote that it can rumble a bucket during kneading
And sometimes it rumbles with me - the same blade always flies out of the groove. This happens in three cases, plus my assumptions:

1. Kneading dough on dumplings (maybe because it is tight and pulls in this unfortunate scapula ?!)
2. I make half the volume of the recipe per kilogram loaf. (dangles and flies out of resentment)
3. Kneading the dough for rye bread (the bun turns out to be tighter than for ordinary bread and also "sucks in the same scapula).

But seriously, have you encountered such a problem - perhaps this is a small defect in my stove, that one blade does not fit tightly on the pin? Again, I will add that I catch the scapula, stick it in and the batch continues. The bread turns out to be good, but I cannot leave the oven alone for the entire kneading period.
linn
It was like that yesterday.
With a brand new Moulinek 5004. The electricity went out, then after 5 minutes it turned on, the program continued, and then the energy disappeared again, then it appeared again, like in less than 7 minutes, because the program continued, the oven was kneading the dough, but it hung ((( I did not respond to the buttons (((The time on the timer did not change (((And I kneaded all the time in one mode. I turned off the power, took out the dough, put it in another place, left the oven for an hour alone, after an hour I put bread on the baking - True, a little browned and did not rise very much, but still very tasty.

Gave this model a birthday present. Horror, I suffered ... I baked bread only once and ... that's it, the oven doesn't work. I handed it over to the Technopark service. For a month there was no answer, no hello. 2 days I found out what happened to her. It turned out to be a matter of the motor. It is supposed to wait 45 days (the replacement motor must come). If the motor does not come, I will return the money. In short, instead of a gift I got a headache !!!!

You know they are right. According to the Law, it is possible to return an item only if there is packaging. I returned it to the service center, after 45 days (after having previously contacted them), since they wrote an act that the HP cannot be repaired. They first asked to return the packaging, but then they took it without. In general, this figure "45 days" is very incomprehensible. If you want to, read the Consumer Protection Law - the repair time is 20 days.

packaging rule does not apply to machinery
they are obliged to conduct an examination and, if a factory defect is found, either return the money or exchange it for a new one - at the buyer's discretion
the problem is that Technopark still sells in gray and no warranty card was given to us, instead they said that there would be enough check, and when contacting the store they said that "they did not say anything like that."in addition, even in case of loss, if the product is "white", then the number of the warranty card can be restored, but they cannot pass it
To be honest, at the time of purchase it was all the same to me whether the product was gray or not, I was not going to carry and fix anything anywhere. This is not plasma for 5 pieces. and the seller understood it. gray goods in our time, who is sold? nonresident and do not care. My daughter bought me on Gorbushka, (with a warranty card), and even issued a VIP service, paying 540 rubles! So if I took the money, I would have these 540 rubles. not returned. I told them in the service that if we were talking about a larger amount, then I would have sued them. Ah .., they don't care! And in the service I was told that even if I found a malfunction during baking within 15 days, it simply cannot be returned, since this is a technique that came into contact with food. I took Moulinex 5004. So far, nothing, but there are also questions.
I wish you luck with the new HP!

The holes in the blades are larger than the diameter of the pins. The shoulder blades move, 25-30 degrees somewhere around the circumference, if you move your hand.

So it is necessary.

Probably to take off the bucket easily when pulling out the bread.

And so it rattles a little.

Makhno
It happens to me too, I noticed when idle, if the dough is liquid.
And the backlash must be necessary, otherwise you will not shake out the bread.
Look carefully, maybe the blade turned on the shaft and licked the edges ??
