Millet porridge with pumpkin and honey (multicooker ARC DSB60-1000F)

Ingredients

Millet 1 tbsp.
Milk 2 tbsp.
Water 2 tbsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Honey 1-1.5 tbsp. l.
Pumpkin 400 gr.

Cooking method

  • st = 200 ml
  • Rinse millet well in several waters, pour boiling water over, rinse again.
  • Pour in millet, add milk, water, salt, honey, stir to dissolve the honey (in my version, put honey right away, but it is better to do this after the porridge is ready)
  • Add pumpkin (grated on a coarse grater), mix.
  • Set the "Porridge" mode, after turning off my porridge stood for another 10 minutes, then let off the remaining steam.
  • My honey was dark, that's why the porridge is so dark
  • Bon Appetit!

I love pumpkin! Thanks for the recipe! It looks just super petite!

Thank you!
You can boil it with sugar, if you don’t have honey, but you can add honey after cooking the porridge, so it will probably be even better

Of course, it is better to add honey to ready-made porridge, and not very hot. At high temperatures, honey loses almost all of its useful qualities ...
And I love pumpkin porridge too!

I agree, and the color will not be the same for the porridge, and each will adjust the sweetness for himself

Thanks for the recipe! Tell me, does your milk curdle? Several times I tried to make milk porridge in a pressure cooker, the milk curdles. The milk is fresh, I immediately cook porridge from the leftover milk on the stove - everything is fine

No, it does not fold, and millet and rice turn out great
