Ingredients

Milk 2 1/2 tbsp.
Cream, whipped 2 tbsp.
Yolks 6 pcs.
Sugar 3/4 Art.
Chopped dates 1 tbsp.
Almond 3/4 Art.
Butter 1/2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Glass = 240 ml.

  • Devide into two parts. Chop the dates, add to half of the milk mixture and grind with a blender.
