Ingredients

Dough
Flour 335 gr.
Butter 235 gr.
Powdered sugar 100 g
Egg yolks 3 pcs.
Cream
Mascarpone 200 gr.
Cream 33% fat 120 ml.
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Zest with 1 lemon.
For decoration
Small marshmallow 12-13 pcs.
Ripe mango 3 pcs. (I have 2 pcs.)
Chocolate 15-20 gr.
Pistachios fried, crushed (I have almonds) 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dough. Combine finely chopped or grated butter with flour and powdered sugar, mix until crumbled, add egg yolks, knead. Divide into 2 parts, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  • Roll out the dough and place in the molds.

  • Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool down. I made the baskets the day before. For the filling, beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar, zest and chilled cream.

  • Beat at a low speed at first, making sure not to overpower the cream, otherwise it will stratify. Cool the cream. Peel the mango, halve and cut into thin slices. Dip marshmallows in chocolate melted in a spoon and roll in crushed nuts.

  • Now it remains to collect everything. Fill the form with cream. Put a marshmallow in the middle and rose-shaped mango petals around.

The author advises keeping them in the refrigerator for 5 hours. They simply did not live up to this time for me. My family said that "these things are fabulously delicious" and somehow everything quickly evaporated.
Greenish pistachios would look more appropriate here, but unfortunately I ran out of them.
