Cooking method

Valentine, I really liked the recipe, and a couple of kg of pepper disappears in the refrigerator.
But please check the amount of salt. The quantity "to taste" will not work, since I will do it for the first time and will not be able to try it. Orient the salt to your liking, plizz.

Thanks for the recipe, but I'm still wondering where the hot pepper went? It can be seen in the photo - are you putting it in the jar too, or did I understand something wrong?
