Pork leg stewed in beer and coffee in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Ham in one piece 700-800 g
Garlic 6 teeth
Coffee (powder) 1 tsp
Light beer 300 ml
Salt pepper
Zest of 1 lemon

Cooking method

  • Wash the ham, dry and chop in several places. Peel the chives, cut each into 2 pieces, roll in salt and fill the ham with them. Leave on for 1 hour. Then put it in a slow cooker, I didn't grease the saucepan with anything, turn on the "Baking" program and fry the ham for 25 minutes on each side until a blush. Pour beer over the meat, add coffee and zest there and switch the multicooker to the "Stew" program for 40 minutes (or until tender).

Note

Tasty both hot and cold. You cannot use the filling - it becomes tasteless - all tastes go into the meat.

No, very slightly felt and gives a piquant touch! My husband really liked the meat - he said that it was unusually tasty - I honestly did not expect such an effect.

And on the contrary, I do not have soluble products, I have to buy. Painfully, the piglet looks attractive, it must be done.

Do not buy specifically for this, I read and do with ground!
