Wheat bread in a slow cooker

Ingredients

yeast 1 tsp
warm water 500 ml
honey 1 tbsp. l.
rast. oil 4-5 st. l.
wheat flour (1st and 2nd grade) about 800 g
salt (to taste) 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • The recipe is experimental (based on the idea for the PANASONIK multicooker), but for POLARIS FLORIS is great.
  • I kneaded the dough with my hands until soft, so the amount of flour can be changed. After kneading, cover the dough with foil and leave it warm for 1 hour (I mixed it once), then roll the dough on a table sprinkled with flour into a layer, fold it in an envelope and into a bowl. Turn on the MULTIPOOK for 40 minutes at a temperature of 40 degrees and let the bread come up, then BAKE mode for 60 minutes, turn it over and another 20 minutes (when you open the multicooker and turn the bread, wipe off the condensation from the lid). Remove the bread from the mold and let it cool. The weight of the bread (mine) is 1200 g, the height is 9.5 cm !!! The bread is soft, fragrant, delicious. Bon Appetit.!!!Wheat bread in a slow cooker

I knead the dough like this: I slightly heat the water to a little warm, take about 100 ml of this water + honey, yeast and a few tablespoons of flour (about 1/2 cup of ordinary, 250 ml volume) - I dilute the batter, let it ferment a little (like dough ) about 15-20 minutes until bubbles appear. Then I gradually add the rest of the sifted flour (you can knead it by hand or with a spoon) and sunflower oil - last. The dough should be smooth but soft. That's the whole process of kneading the dough.

Congratulations on the handsome bread! : bravo: I'm still thinking of trying to roll a fried onion into it or cut a small piece of smoked sausage into it - it was very tasty in the bakery version
