Cooking method

  • Don't be confused by the name. I didn’t know what form to make and blinded with peremyachi.
  • So, we make the dough. I kneaded in a Bosch MUM86A1 combine. Apples were chopped on a Philips HR1388 electric shredder. The grater is large.
  • Dissolve the yeast with a little sugar in half the milk. Sift flour into the bowl of the food processor, add sugar, salt, remaining milk and milk with yeast. Start mixing at a slow speed. Add eggs and, when stepped in, add sour cream and vanillin. Increase kneading speed to 2. Mix for about 10 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and proof. When the dough has increased in volume, put on the table, divide into balls. Roll each ball into a good cake. Put apples and a little sugar in the middle. If the apples are sour, then more. Pinch in a circle "in the assembly" in the form of a peremyachya. Proof. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees until golden brown.

Note

And all because there was a surplus of village sour cream. It is very thick, greasy and not sour.
I know that there are already many recipes for baking with apples, but ....

But do not peremyachi - Peremyach (Bashkir bәrәmes, from Tat.pәrәmәch, pәrәmәç - in Bashkir and Tatar cuisine fried in oil a pie made of unleavened or yeast dough with a filling, round, with a hole on one side.

The hole is necessary, as the apples will "boil" during the baking process. If there is no hole, then a void will form inside due to this process.
