Chocolate sour cream cake

Ingredients

Biscuit:
Soda 1 tsp
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Egg 3 pcs.
Flour 1.5 tbsp.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
Cream:
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
sour cream 1 tbsp.
butter 30 g
Sugar 1 tbsp.
--------------------------------------------- ---------------
Glass = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • Mix dry baking soda, sugar and cocoa. Then add 1 glass of sour cream, mix and leave for 10 minutes. In 10 minutes. add eggs and flour there. Divide into 2 or 3 parts.
  • (I usually make a double portion. I bake one biscuit on a large pan and cut it in half.)
  • Chocolate sour cream cake
  • Cream:
  • Mix sour cream, cocoa and sugar, add butter. Heat well over a fire until the oil is completely dissolved, but without boiling!
  • Assembly:
  • Smear the cooled cakes with cream. Impregnation is not necessary, the dough is quite tender, and the cream is not thick, it itself is an impregnation.
  • This is my favorite cake, I bake it very often. Believe me, it's so simple that it's impossible to spoil it! And plenty of room for experimentation!
