Pumpkin muffins with cheese

Ingredients

Pumpkin puree 1 st
Natural yoghurt 3 tbsp. l
Chicken egg 2 pcs
Butter 150 g
Wheat flour, premium 2 st
Brown sugar 0.5 st
Hard cheese 125 g
Pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Chilli 0.25 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Whisk the yogut and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  • Add eggs and melted (and cooled) butter and beat again until smooth.
  • Toss separately the flour with baking powder, salt, black and red pepper, and brown sugar.
  • Combine the liquid mixture with the dry mixture, stir. Rub the cheese. Add 3/4 of the cheese to the dough.
  • Divide the dough into prepared molds. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and pumpkin seeds. Bake preheated to 200 0From the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Leave the finished muffins in the tins for 10 minutes and then remove. Can be served warm.

The pumpkin can be boiled and then mashed. You can bake and puree, but it takes longer. I don't know how many raw, but not a lot, probably 200-300 grams. I already have preparations in the jar, pre-made mashed potatoes. I baked the pumpkin in the oven, but it took me a long time.
