Cooking method

  • Let's make the dough. I didn't have matcha powder and I bought an elite green tea (collected from the top 2 leaves of a tea bush). In a coffee grinder, I ground the tea to dust. Diluted with boiling water. The result is a mixture like thick henna. I added tea powder, salt, flour, yeast to the milk. I slightly mixed and introduced vegetable oil. The well-kneaded dough was covered with foil and left to grow for 1 hour.
