Fried salmon with soy-mustard glaze

Ingredients

Salmon fillets 1 kg
salt taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Glaze
Mirin wine / other sweet wine 1/4 cup
cherry vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons

starch 2 tsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
water 2 tbsp. spoons
Brown sugar 1/3 cup
grain mustard 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Glass = 240ml

Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat, and cook for a minute or two until thickened.
