Processed cheese in the Comfort Fy pressure cooker

Ingredients

cottage cheese 400gr
eggs 2 pcs
butter 100 g
soda 1 tsp
seasonings to taste

Cooking method

  • Processed cheese in the Comfort Fy pressure cooker
  • Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder. Add eggs and soda to it, mix well. Add soft butter to the curd mass, stir and pour either into a cauldron and stir over the fire, or, like me, into a pressure cooker bowl. On the baking program, we warm up our curd mass and stir it intensively. We keep on fire or in a bowl until our cheese acquires a uniform consistency. I had homemade cottage cheese, a farm one, it took me 5 minutes.
  • If during melting you see that our mass is boiling, switch the pressure cooker to the "Heat" mode, or reduce the gas if you are cooking on the stove.
  • When the cottage cheese is all melted, add salt, spices or herbs to taste. Pour our cheese into a bowl and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies.

There is salt and the recipe says!
When the cottage cheese is all melted, add salt, spices or herbs to taste.

I really want this cheese interesting in the cartoon will it turn out?
LLika
It will work out. The multicooker has the "Baking" program, the cheese melts without pressure, with the lid open, so it does not matter in SCW or MV, you will cook it, bonita- in parallel, even wrote about open fire

LLika, thanks for the hint

LLika, thanks for the hint
In the cartoon, too, and on the stove naturally)) It's more convenient for me even on the stove, the cauldron is faster to wash than the bowl from the pressure cooker)))

Will there be no soda aftertaste?

I can't hear soda, I hear an egg taste
but as practice shows, if you take not homemade eggs, but store eggs, there is no omelet taste)
