The first thing I cooked is a lemon biscuit.
Multicooker Magio MG 409 (408)
on the photo cake is upside down
On the "Baking" program, the default is 50 min. baked great, the top remained yellow. In the oven, this biscuit turned out to be drier.

Multicooker Magio MG 409 (408)
Conclusion - I liked the "Baking" program for the biscuit.
Sandy
Congratulations inna
And how does the milk porridge not run away in it?
I also looked at her, but I was afraid that the milk porridge would run away ...

The biscuit is good
Innochka82
Thanks, Sandy
Milk porridge did not run away (I cooked buckwheat), on the "chef" program at 80 degrees for 1 hour. since there is no "milk" porridge program.

Love the multi bowl with white ceramic coating
Multicooker Magio MG 409 (408)
Testila today prog "soup" - tomato with meatballs turned out to be very tasty

And I also made a honey cake - it turned out great

Found today an analogue of my multi - Redmond RMC-M70
Multicooker Magio MG 409 (408)
They are very similar in many ways, but of course there are differences:
its power is 860 watts, and mine has 900 watts.
Instead of my programs, cooking, cooking - express, cooking - baking her milk porridge, rice, pilaf.
And a multi-cook, unlike mine, with temperature control from 35 to 160 ° C, change step - 5 ° C and a timer from 5 minutes to 12 hours in 1 minute increments (which is much better, but this Redmond costs twice expensive).
By the way, I realized why you can use the cooking-baking program (for me it was the most mysterious program), I cooked a wonderful crumbly pilaf on it.
lnm13
Innochka, and I ordered the same cartoon today. There are very few reviews about her. But I was interested in the fact that there are so many programs in it. Please write what you still cooked and how.

Innochka, thanks for the analog! Are the recipes suitable for the Magio multicooker? a week ago I bought Magio, and I'm afraid to cook in it ... I try it by typing, and it doesn't always work ...
Innochka82
lnm13 and ksenja-s, very happy with the company
Ask what you are interested in, I will answer all questions and write recipes. And any recipes for multicooker on this forum (including from Redmond) can be adjusted to our cartoon, it's easy.
I have already cooked sooo many things: stewed pork with vegetables, stewed potatoes with chicken brisket, borscht, green borscht, different soups (one escaped, washed the cereal out of the valve), rice with chicken, buckwheat with pork, pea porridge, cooked pasta and dumplings , milk porridge: millet, wheat, rice, buckwheat, corn. She baked potatoes with ham and cheese, baked apples, muffins, charlotte with apples. She steamed eggs in silicone molds for a child.
By the way, I gave my mother a Polaris PMC 0508D Floris cartoon a week ago and tested it for several days, now there is something to compare with.
Innochka82
By the way, an important fact is that the voltage in the network affects the operation of the multicooker (I have a device that measures the voltage), and so, for the sake of experiment, yesterday I cooked milk porridge on the chef at 100 degrees, the network was 220 V and the porridge was trying to escape, and today the same porridge on the chef at 100 degrees, but in a network of 180 V and no attempt to escape.
Innochka82
ksenja-s write, please, what did not work for you, maybe I can help you figure it out. For example, for the first time I cooked pilaf on the prog "porridge", well, I got porridge instead of crumbly pilaf. The second time I cooked "cooking-baking" on the prog and everything turned out great
ksenja-s
Similarly, I cooked pilaf on the "porridge" mode - delicious, I admit it, pilaf, but it came out stuck together.
Yesterday I stewed meat - harsh ... On frying mode for half an hour, then for stewing - an hour ... not very ...
it is a pity that there are no recipes in the internet, but there are very few in the kit. By the way. downloaded recipes for Redmond on recommendation, how about them? Is it okay? A good cartoon, but there is so little information about it in the internet, I already regretted a little that I had bought it.

Joanna
Hello, I'm new here For a week I've been using this MV, I'm happy of course, so much time is freed up, but it's not very clear why so many programs and such a long time are installed automatically and does not decrease? you still have to turn on and off when enough. Question: ordinary cooking, express cooking and baking cooking, how do they differ at all? If this is a cooking baking, is there anything you can bake?
Innochka82
ksenja-s, do not regret buying, you need to get used to any cartoon. I read a bunch of discussions about different multicooker and all have their pros and cons, so I bought a model about which there was little information. Regarding recipes, any recipe (and from Redmond too) can be applied to our model (if anything, I'll show you how).
And I stewed the meat like this: I fried onions and carrots on the "frying" prog, put the meat (pork), added a little water, spices, garlic and for two hours "stewing" - the meat melted in my mouth (I never fried meat before stewing).
Well, about the program "cooking - baking" - it turns on if you press the "cooking" button three times.
Innochka82
Hi Joanna, I turned off the program manually only once - when I stewed potatoes with chicken breast - an hour was enough, the rest of the time was fine for me. On baking, the program had to be turned on again, since for a cake 50 minutes. there were few, but no longer exhibits. But we have a chef, you can set the temperature and the right time on him - I use that.
The cooking programs are ordinary, express cooking - I don't know how they differ yet, I need to protest, but I use cooking - baking for pilaf (somewhere I read that the principle of such a program is the evaporation of all the liquid and the formation of a light fried crust).
Joanna
Innochka, today I also tried to cook pilaf on the "Cooking-baking" program, put the food, fried it, poured water, turned it on and went into the shower, when I got out, I heard the smell of fried food, turned it off right away, I didn't even look at how much was left. I think half an hour should have been prepared for sure. The crust was, to put it mildly, too fried, almost a casserole. You can eat, even tasty, but expectations were not met. I would use a chef, but so far there is not enough experience, what and how to cook, what temperature to set How much liquid does it take for porridge? I tried to cook milk corn porridge, she took up lumps. The conclusion is this: you still need to adapt to it, moreover, using the poke method, since the recipe book is no good, except for baking and for soups. Although for the money - a good machine.
Joanna
Innochka, please write how the pilaf was prepared? The ratio of rice to water is especially interesting.
Yuliko
Good night everybody! The other day I bought myself this slow cooker and your Temka is very interesting))) I've already cooked something, it really tastes better. I would like to know recipes for a small child, as an option for eggs in silicone molds. I will be very grateful
Regarding the recipes: especially for this multicooker, the Magiot company agreed with the famous chef Tatyana Litvinova and created a recipe book. Online you can download

Joanna, how did you cook the soup? Very interesting .. I am worried about the process of skimming .. Somehow I don't really want soup with foam. When I was cooking soup, I opened it every five minutes, I was afraid to miss it, in a word, they did not leave the cartoon. And so the soup is over very tasty turned out
Joanna
I also baked potatoes with mayonnaise, spices, onions and Krakow sausage - very tasty, crispy potatoes turned out, now I put them back. I had to mix it a couple of times, as it baked at the bottom, and the top is damp if not touched. I open the lid, despite the fact that the instructions say something like - no way. I also made cabbage casserole yesterday, baked well, did everything as in a recipe for a regular oven (I read the recipe somewhere) and baked for about 40 minutes, I think you could have turned it off earlier and kept it heated for 10 minutes.
Ksenia, the foam never bothered me, but when the soup boils, it just stays on the saucepan up there. Although I cooked soup only once in it, and since it was the first soup in a multicooker, I also constantly opened the lid and controlled the process - I could not leave everything to chance
I made an orange pie according to the MV recipe, not really, becauseThat is, it is delicious, but some kind of glittery and the zest of a whole orange was obviously a lot, half would be enough. Although it may be my mistake in some proportions, I don't have weights, I just master baking - I probably messed up something.
What else did you cook? I will not play enough, seias is sick so from mv
ksenja-s
So far I'm really afraid to cook, plovik, soup, and meat .. But I made yogurt - like a charm, I can't compare it with yogurt, which I got in a yogurt maker. I downloaded recipes for Redmond, I will practice. Who has recentiki - lay out
Innochka82
Joanna, I cooked pilaf like this: I fried meat with onions and carrots, added a half-liter cup of washed rice, spices and poured water so that the water was two centimeters above the rice level and on the "cooking-baking" program for an hour (set it by hand) ...
Innochka82
Yuliko, everything is simple with eggs, I grease a silicone mold with butter, break an egg there, salt and steam for 5 minutes. (you can add meat in pieces, but then beat the egg).

The plastic cap is a measuring cup. And iron rods are a handle to get the deep fryer, because it is hot after frying. Instructions here 🔗

Joanna, meat for pilaf, I took pork, just cut it into small pieces and fried it well.
Yuliko
I roasted veal for 25 minutes and cooked in pilaf for about half an hour, but the meat was harsh. Next time I will also stew some meat, probably.

Girls, tell me how to cook pasta? I read in other recipes that you need not close the lid, but how to cook in our joe? After all, all cooking operations take place with the lid closed. Oh girls, for the first time it's kind of scary. But I hope for your help. Help, teach, tell me !!!

I often open the lid, although I notice that it lowers the temperature a little. It seems to me that you can boil water on the chef, 120 "(you can also at 100 degrees, but as far as I noticed, the water does not boil, does not boil, as I am used to), 5 minutes. However, when you see that the opposite countdown, then we press cancel, put the pasta and turn on the pasta program.I'm not sure if this applies to ours, but somewhere I met that she herself gives a signal when the water boils and just put the pasta and continue cooking.

URAAAA !!!!!! FOUND !!! THANK YOU!!!! Maybe you know ... in the instructions I read that every time after cooking it is necessary to clean the steam release valve and clean the inner removable cover? Maybe someone has a video ... how to pull it out and disconnect it correctly? So I'm afraid to harm my baby. Thank you in advance !!!

:) do not be afraid of her tech, there is no need for any video. Just grab the steam valve by the tab and pull it up, it just pulls out and just as easy to insert, press it lightly and that's it. And the inner cover is removed by pressing the white plastic buttons on the sides. Pressed, pulled, washed and inserted gently back. If I cook two dishes in a row, then I simply wipe the inner lid and water from the silicone ring in diameter with a napkin and no foreign odors bother me!

Can't you pull out the inner cover? Just wipe the silicone rings and that's it? I just figured out the steam valve ... but I began to press the white plastic buttons on the sides and nothing happens ... I pull ... it doesn't get out ...

I pull it out, of course, just not every time. For example. if I was steaming vegetables, then there is just water, why wash it? And after frying it is certainly better to wash. Pull the inner cover itself, where the buttons are. Read about it at the end of the manual.
Joanna
Look at it carefully, at the top it is fixed in the main cover, from there the removable cover must be removed.
lnm13
I didn't get milk porridge according to Litvinova's recipe. Using the poke method, I finished it in my own way. Girls, well, tell me how to cook dumplings and if you can take turns in detail one recipe, unless of course it's not difficult to describe how you cook .... plizzzz

Oh, the girls forgot to ask in the biscuit recipes it says flour, sugar in grams. So are you measuring with a glass or measuring cup?

Now I cook pilaf with pork ... I read from the reviews ... in other multicooker, meat is often not fried, so for reliability I fry meat with onions and carrots in a pan, and then pour it into a multicooker ... rice is already cooked with fried meat
Yuliko
I got milk porridge with millet and pumpkin.True, the milk wanted to run away several times, but I kept opening the lid so as not to miss it ... not very convenient, but the result was impressive. Tell me the recipe for meat, for example in French, how to cook? Very little of it will fit into the bowl ...
Innochka82
Girls who do not know - the steam valve in our multi opens, there is a small latch on the inside (I will take a picture a little later), it must be washed inside if something escaped (as I once had a soup - the cereal was small and fell into the middle of the valve ).
Joanna
Hurray !!! Finally I got real pilaf in a slow cooker! Speed and result exceeded all expectations
I cooked like this: I fried the onions and carrots, added finely chopped pork and fried well for 20 minutes (140-160 degrees), stirring. Then I added a spoonful of tomato paste and a drop of water - stewed for 10 minutes. Then I laid out 200 grams of thoroughly washed rice on top, without mixing it with meat, well, spices, salt. From above she poured about 600 ml of warm water and put the program "Cooking-baking", after 20 minutes. turned off the program and set the "Chef", 80 degrees for another 20 minutes. Voila, the pilaf was ready, crumbly, without a golden brown crust, true, but I did not expect it. As you can see, I had to run a little around the multi, but the result was worth it, besides, the pilaf was cooked quite quickly and the meat was perfectly fried, it didn't work on the stove in 20 minutes, - for me, of course.

And today I simply boiled milk in mv, poured 1.5 liters of homemade milk, and 100 degrees for the chef for 5 minutes. Nothing escaped, did not burn, and there was no need to be on duty there, as near the stove. True, I smeared the saucepan with butter at the top, I was afraid that she would run away, but no, everything worked out
