Galinka, what interesting bread you get! THANKS for the collection!

Tatyana, Thank you!
When such recipes are found, I will not pass by. It's always interesting to step back from the familiar and find something unusual. For example, a herbal mix like here, which gives a completely different sound to regular pumpkin bread.

mmmm, what a fragrant bread and crumb is very fluffy
Gala
Sanechka, the bread is exceptionally fragrant Fennel gives such an interesting touch! And the rosemary is very good here.

I can imagine the aroma of rosemary, but I have never used fennel in baking

Yeast free? Definitely bookmark!

Sanya, outwardly fennel resembles dill, but its taste and aroma are akin to anise (I am not a fan of anise, but fennel seeds have a more subtle and unobtrusive taste), from which fennel has a sweeter taste. Fennel seeds are dried and used as a seasoning, adding it to sauces, fish, meat dishes, confectionery and bakery products, as well as using it in canning vegetables.
Gala
Olga, only baking powder. Those who love white fluffy soft yeast breads may not like it. This bread is dense ..... but delicious.

I will then replace with ground dill seeds since childhood I do not like the smell / taste of anise
Gala
But in vain! There is very little of it here, a barely noticeable, but very pleasant note. But by the way ...

Sanya, if you add dill, you don't need to grind it, you need to put in whole seeds.

Galya, thanks
