Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Sift flour and baking powder, grate butter into flour, mix with a mixer until crumbs are formed. Beat the egg with sugar and salt, pour into flour, add salt, vanillin, sour cream, mayonnaise there, mix quickly with your hands, wrap the resulting dough in foil and refrigerate for an hour.
  • I like the dough very much, so I use it in many cakes.
  • Filling
  • Peel the pumpkin from seeds and bake in the oven until tender. While hot - remove the skin, when it cools a little, add sugar, beat, then add eggs and spices, stir. And lastly, lay out the mascarpone and beat again with a mixer.
  • If required, grease a baking dish (diameter 26cm) with butter, then add the dough and pour the filling. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour 20-1 hour 30 minutes. Depends on the oven. Do not touch the cake until it cools completely.

Note

All spices, except for nutmeg and vanilla essence, I added 1 teaspoon each. Nutmeg on the tip of a knife, and vanilla essence I took a dessert spoon, I have it kind of weak.

Yesterday I bought a mold, this morning I just bake it. Sugar took less than in the recipe, pumpkin is sweet. Did half the recipe, it turned out a lot.
The sides of the mold are high, the filling did not reach the top, but I wanted to be on a par with the dough. Therefore, I mixed a little pumpkin with milk and an egg, it turned out like a filling.

There are no pictures of the cutter - here decent people are waiting for the cooling, and we ... ... began to cut the slightly cooled down (I really wanted to bite) and the filling fell apart, the cooled one is cut perfectly.
