Ingredients

milk 200ml

pressed yeast 25g
salt 2 / 3h. l.
sugar 1 st. l.
wheat flour. 1-2 grades 500-600g.
stewed cabbage (for filling) taste

Cooking method

  • 200 ml. warm milk, 25 g of pressed yeast, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, a pinch of salt, 50g. draining. butter (melt), 1 egg, flour, until soft dough.
