Strawberry cake no baked

Ingredients

For cake
Chocolate chip cookies 150 gr.
Melted butter 60 g
For mousse
Strawberries 250 gr.
Strawberry yogurt (we have 300 gr.
Creamy cottage cheese (we have 200 gr.
Sahara 100 g
Cream 33% 200 ml.
Instant gelatin 2 tbsp. l
Milk 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Remove all products except cream from the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature
  • The bottom and the side of a split form with a diameter of 19 cm. Lay out with parchment.
  • Mash cookies into crumbs (you can take regular cookies instead of chocolate ones and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa to the crumbs), stirring, add butter in parts, tamp the resulting mass well on the bottom of the mold, put it in the refrigerator.
  • Dissolve gelatin thoroughly in hot (but not boiling water) milk, cool the mixture to room temperature. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cottage cheese and sugar with a mixer until the sugar dissolves, then add strawberries, cut into small cubes, stirring in a thin stream of gelatin, mix well and put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, until the jelly begins to solidify slightly.
  • Beat the cream in a fluffy foam, remove the jelly from the refrigerator, stir until smooth, add cream, mix gently, pour the prepared mousse into a mold onto the biscuit cake.
  • Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight, until it solidifies.
  • The next day, remove the side from the form, carefully remove the parchment from the sides, carefully transfer the cake to a plate.
  • Decorate the finished cake with chopped strawberries and chocolate.
