Turkey ham for breakfast (multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Turkey breast fillet 650-700 g
Cream 35% 250-300 g
egg 1 PC
white bread (1 slice without crust) 150-200 g
semolina (semolina) 2 tbsp. l
salt, black pepper, herbs taste
garlic 1 clove

Cooking method

  • Soak bread in cream, mince together with turkey and garlic, add egg, spices, semolina. To achieve more uniformity, "walk" with a hand blender.
  • In order for the ham to have a beautiful shape, I used the Beloboku ham, but without springs, we don't need pressing, otherwise the ham will turn out to be dryish. I inserted a roasting sleeve into the ham maker, filled the form with prepared minced meat, and pressed the top of the ham maker down from above. I put it in a multicooker bowl, filled it with hot water up to the maximum mark and cooked on the "Slow Cooker (Simmering)" mode for 3 hours, the cooking temperature is 82 degrees.
  • This is how the ham looked right after cooking, still hot:

Great ham. I prefer to make the same ham in a pressure cooker, I haven't tried it in Štebik yet. Is she lying there?
Vei
Light, does it look like a ham or more like a steam cutlet? I just somehow tried to do something similar, but it turned out to be more of a cutlet, although I did it with springs. I am now in thought
And if you add meat in pieces to the minced meat, do you think it will work closer to the ham or is it not connected at all?
AlenaT
A very interesting idea about the uselessness of pressing.
I will definitely try, thanks!
Mar_k
Thank you! Now I'll bookmark it and I certainly won't forget!
Tanyulya
Liz, I'm finely chopping the meat and it's not a cutlet. I have never tried it with cream!
kubanochka
Svetochka, very cool ham turned out! I will definitely try not to press in Belobok.
And also ... And also my favorite kettle is in your kitchen.

Girls, thank you, my dears, for your attention to the recipe

Tanyulya yes, put the ham on its side

Vei, Lisa,, like a cutlet, but it seems not, because the cutlets, in my opinion, have a looser consistency, but here everything is compressed (albeit without springs), the ham is resilient and elastic, thinly sliced on a slicer and rolled into a tube. A blender played an important role here, it made the minced meat more viscous and homogenized, and cooking at 82 degrees.

By the way, the idea of introducing small pieces of meat into minced meat is very even
,

kubanochka, Helen, and I have another one of the same, only bigger, like a coffee pot. My husband today ordered hazel grouses with pineapples and champagne for breakfast, in family slang, these are scrambled eggs with ham (hazel grouses), cucumbers (pineapples) and tea

Mar_k , Marina, thank you for your trust

AlenaT, pressing may be needed somewhere, but here everything is glued together, but it's not dry, I'm always dry out of ham, unless it's a pork neck, of course. I once made a similar ham from chicken and turkey breasts, well, very dry

And you chop it with a knife?
Just a knife, like a chopped steak, can be larger.

And I probably have a year or more. I'm ashamed in front of her. We need to rehabilitate ourselves. Boom to cook.
lu_estrada
I was disappointed in my ham-Belobok. Lying on the top shelf.
Svetochka, thank you very much for the return of faith in the future of the shrew. I liked your version of the ham very much!
Can minced chicken be used? Husband does not like turkey.
I cook chicken sausages only with the addition of cream.
