Liquor Limoncello

Ingredients

lemons 1 kg
vodka 1L
sugar 3st.
water 2st.

Cooking method

  • Remove the zest from half of the lemons (it is convenient to do this with a vegetable peeling knife). From the rest, grate the zest on a fine grater. Squeeze the juice out of all the lemons. Pour into a jar, put all the zest in there, pour vodka, close the lid and refrigerate for 2 weeks. Boil syrup from water and sugar, cool for 15 minutes and add to a jar of lemons and vodka. Let it brew for another 1 week .. Then strain everything.

Limoncella recipes - sea! And everyone has their fans. My limoncella is a pure gag, having little to do with the classic recipe. Nothing, people have been putting it on for almost a year, and drinking, many people like it.
To my taste, I will say that if I had not made my own recipe yet, then this one, with juice, would certainly have repeated, because it is probably tastier with it (for me) than just on the zest.
The more recipes personally tested, the better.
If you like Belonikin, do it.
