Ingredients

Pumpkin (peeled) 1 kg.
Milk sauce:
Milk 1 tbsp.
Butter 2 tbsp. l
Sugar 1-1.5 tbsp. l
Flour 1 tbsp. l
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Glass 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Dice the pumpkin

  • P.S: As always, it was not without adventure. After 5 minutes after the start of the Baking mode, strong steam came down, so I turned the regulator to High pressure. Therefore, after 10 minutes I had to turn off the mode. As a result, the pumpkin boiled into porridge. But it still turned out delicious.
