Ingredients
Basic option:
Pasta (dry weight) 500 g
Cottage cheese (better soft) 750 g
Egg 5 pcs.
Minute preserve or jam 500 - 700 g
Butter 30 g
Cooking method

Boil pasta (al dente, do not overcook)
Beat eggs slightly, mix with cottage cheese.
Boil a minute jam from any fruits or berries with a moderate sugar content (preferably slices) or use a domani jam from a slow cooker
Grease the bottom of the multicooker with oil, lay out the layers of pasta-cottage cheese-jam (repeat the layers at least 2 times. Top with small pieces of butter.
Oven in baking mode for 65 minutes.
You can eat it hot, but it is better the next day from the refrigerator.
You can add vanillin powder to the curd.
Diet option: cottage cheese 0%, whole grain pasta, egg PROTEINS, jam with fructose or sugar-free, olive oil 1 tsp. for bottom lubrication.
