Pilaf (multicooker YUMMY YMC-506)

Ingredients
Pork 500 gr
parboiled rice 2 multi-glasses
carrots 1-2 pcs
onions 1-2 pcs
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
4 glasses of water
spices for pilaf 1 pack
1 head garlic
Cooking method

Chop the pork, fry in oil with onions and carrots (in the FRY mode). Rinse the rice well (7 times until clear water) and pour in, salt, pepper, season with the mixture, put a head of garlic, pour water over 4 measuring cups. Set the PLOV mode. The pilaf is crumbly and very tasty. Serve on the table.
