Red-eyed fish in a multicooker Polaris

Ingredients

Red-eyed (any other fish is possible) 1-2
Mustard 2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. spoons
rosemary 1 branch
seasoning for fish
slice of lemon

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish, cut off the head, rinse and dry. Mix mustard, soy sauce, rosemary and lemon juice. Salt the fish and coat with marinade. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours (I had it all night). Sprinkle with spices just before cooking and wrap in a sleeve. Put the "Bake" mode in a slow cooker for 30 minutes, then turn over and another 15 minutes

What an interesting marinade for fish: rosemary + soy sauce and wasabi!
